Brady Draheim

Brady Draheim joined the ’Cuse Athletics Fund as Director of Development, Major Gifts in February 2026. Prior to Syracuse, Brady spent 10 months at Arizona State University's Sun Devil Club as Assistant Director of Development. During his time at ASU, he exceeded his individual annual fundraising goal in the first quarter of FY26 and was consistently ranked among the top 10 of more than 100 frontline fundraisers on the ASU Foundation performance scorecard. He closed multiple six-figure gifts with first-time donors, strengthened stewardship efforts across his major gift portfolio, and served as Development Liaison for the Men’s and Women’s Tennis programs. Brady managed a $50,000+ major gift prospect portfolio, developing and executing strategic cultivation plans that led to meaningful philanthropic investment.

He made his way to Tempe from Brown University, where he served as Assistant Coach for the Men’s Tennis program for two years. During his time in Providence, Draheim helped fundraise more than $6 million for the men’s tennis program by soliciting major gifts and assisting annual giving efforts. Additionally, he helped lead the team to its most wins in a season since 2004.

Prior to his time at Brown, Draheim was a graduate assistant tennis coach at Creighton University, where he helped lead the men’s tennis team to its first-ever national ranking while completing his MBA. During that time, he also competed in several professional tennis tournaments.

A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Draheim attended high school in Overland Park, Kansas, before beginning his collegiate tennis career at Oklahoma State University. He later transferred to Ole Miss, where he earned a degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies with a concentration in Biological Sciences Pre-Med while competing in men’s tennis at both institutions.

Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending time with his family in West Palm Beach, attending sporting events, and traveling.
